OZARK, MISSOURI—Frequently, when potential patients call our dental office, they ask if we are accepting new patients.
“It is one question about our practice that always surprises me, no matter how often I hear it,” says Dr. Kelly Barnett. “Yes! We are always happy to meet potential new patients and welcome them into our ‘dental family.’ Are other doctors or dentists not?”
The door to our state-of-the-art facility is always open for all new patients, including new patients with dental emergencies.
“We see patients of all ages, from age three to 103, and provide a full range of dental services,” says Dr. Marc Barnett, a cosmetic dentistry expert. “We love new patients and look forward to helping each person achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.”
Unfortunately, dental emergencies can happen. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, our dentists work you into the schedules as soon as possible. We recommend calling the office at (417) 581-3600 as early as possible in the day to give us time to accommodate your appointment. If you are experiencing a dental emergency after-hours or on a weekend, please call our office and you will be given a toll-free phone number for our emergency answering service. A doctor from our office is always “on call.” If you call the office after hours and are not having an immediate emergency simply leave a message on our recorder with a number where we can reach you and we will contact you the next business day.
Right now, our regular office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every weekday except Tuesday when we are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Plus, we are planning on extending our office hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. in late summer 2012 to better serve our patients.

Since most insurance companies only cover a certain percentage of the dental service, we also offer several payment options, including interest-free financing to help our patients pay for the portion not covered by their insurance plan. We also accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
