3. How to Enter: All photos must be owned by the entrant and once submitted, become the property of Barnett-Davis Dental Group. Any incomplete entries will not be eligible. Only one entry is allowed per person per month.

4. Winning: Barnett-Davis Dental shall select all winners at its sole discretion. Winner will be notified via email and Facebook. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrant may only win once per calendar year.

5. Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed. Barnett-Davis Dental reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest or these Official Contest Rules if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Barnett-Davis Dental Group's reasonable control impairs the integrity of this Contest, as determined by Barnett-Davis Dental Group, in its sole discretion. By participating, entrant grants Barnett-Davis Dental Group the right to publish and use in any media the participant's entry, name, picture and likeness, without limitation, for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation..

7. Submission period: Entries are accepted from the first through the last day of each month.

8. Prize awarded: One Teeth Whitening prize awarded monthly. The winner will be chosen and notified by email on the 5th day of the following month.
